I want to thank the staff at The Cambridge Belfrey for looking after myself and my Dog on our recent visit. Nothing was too much trouble from Room Service to Reception going to the Bar for me as Dog not allowed in, everyone was so kind and generous. Will definitely be staying here again with the Dog - who loved the room and the lovely walks right from the car park.

Only slight niggle is the very loud bang that doors make when shutting, wish there was a way to have soft close doors like those on kitchen cupboards at home. At wakes you up early in the morning, and the Dog will bark thinking there's someone at the door to our room.

I had my daughters wedding here and it was a wonderful day. We were looked after from the moment we arrived to when we left. Staff amazing, food good location and services provided were very good. Would 100% recommend this venue for your daughters special day. The hot water did not work in the morning but all our rooms were discounted by 50% which considering how many we were paying for was amazing value. My daughter and her new husband were given the same room the following weekend free of charge and they had 2 course meal, breakfast and a free treatment in the morning, you really can not complain about that as I feel they went over and above the call of duty to make things right for us. No complaints at all. That even surprised me. Well done Belfry of Cambourne and all the staff we had on the wedding day to look after us. And not forgetting Lucy who organised it all for us, and Anne who looked after us on the day.

All staff were very helpful - Ollie was great in the bar and dining room. really cheerful and a good character. Also I would like to say a special thank you to Raphael who is Polish and I left my Pandora box in room 339. He contacted me and has had the box sent to me. Shall I say my guardian angel. Thank you Raphael it meant a lot. The hotel was good, warm and spa treatments were relaxing. This is not the first Qhotel I have stayed at but will certainly go back.

My hole experience of the Cambridge Belfry was Excellent.. From arrival to departure. The staff are very polite and helpful, rooms very clean and comfortable, food exceptional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.. Nothing was too much trouble. Customers certainly come first at this establishment. I was so impressed I spoke to the manager Chris to congratulate him.
